What makes Titan different from “clear” ice I can buy elsewhere? +
A lot of ice is marketed as craft and still behaves like bag ice — it clouds, cracks, and waters the drink. Titan is frozen directional from purified water and hand-finished so it stays dense and slow. We’d rather you taste a sample than take our word for it.
Do I need to buy a freezer? +
No. We place a black 8 cu ft chest freezer that holds eight cases of Titan Ice so you have a real par on site instead of a last-minute run.
When do you deliver? +
Weekly Chicagoland routes run on Thursday, within about 35 miles of Schaumburg. Special-event deliveries can be scheduled separately. Nationwide dry-ice overnight is available on request.
Can you cut custom sizes or engrave cubes? +
Yes. Custom sizes and engraving are part of the program, including event work. Tell us the glass and the mark.
Is there a loyalty price? +
Stay on consecutive weekly orders and every 12th ticket qualifies for a loyalty discount. We like operators who treat ice as a program, not a one-off.
What water do you use? +
Only purified water goes into Titan Ice. A pH-enhanced formula is in development (patent pending).
